2. What the service does
Aquascape visualization software that helps people explore aquarium and vivarium design ideas using photos of their own spaces.
Generated images are visual concepts. They are not biological, structural, electrical, engineering, or livestock-safety advice, and they do not guarantee that a pictured design can be built safely or successfully.
3. Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You may use Vivarium only lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.
4. App Store purchases and delivery
Subscriptions and credit packs are currently purchased in the iOS app through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The App Store shows the final price, currency, billing period, and applicable tax before confirmation.
After Apple confirms a purchase, the applicable credits or subscription entitlement are added to the customer account. Generation delivery follows the status shown in the app.
Generation time varies with image complexity, service demand, and provider availability. The app shows job status and makes completed concepts available in the user account.
When a generation job fails, credits reserved for that job are returned automatically. If an automatic return does not appear, contact support for review.
5. Credits and subscriptions
Credits are limited, non-transferable service units used only for Vivarium generation services. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred between users, and have no cash value.
An App Store subscription renews for the billing period shown at purchase until cancelled through Apple. Cancellation rules appear in the Subscription Cancellation Policy. Refund requests follow the Refund and Dispute Policy.
6. Intellectual property

7. Liability and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable care, but AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence. Disputes will be handled in the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
