Copyright and IP Complaint Policy
How rights holders can report material they believe infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right.
Effective date: 1 September 2026
1. Complaint channel
Send intellectual-property complaints to support@vivariumnature.com. We may ask for more information if the notice is incomplete.
2. Information to include
- A description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you claim is affected.
- The exact Vivarium material or location you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your ownership basis or authorization to act for the rights holder.
- Your full name, organization if applicable, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Review and response
We may restrict access to identified material while reviewing a complaint, notify the affected user, request supporting evidence, and take action appropriate to the facts and applicable law.
Knowingly sending a false or misleading complaint may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are unsure whether the use is authorized or lawful.
