Effective date: 1 September 2026

1. Apply the service lawfully

Do not use Vivarium to break the law, facilitate harm, evade legal duties, or encourage another person to do so.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Adult sexual content, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content, including praise or instructions for real-world violence.
  • Fraud, deceptive commercial practices, fabricated evidence, or misleading claims that an AI image is a verified real event.
  • Privacy-invasive content, non-consensual personal images, doxxing, or attempts to identify private individuals.
  • Impersonation intended to mislead, defame, defraud, or evade accountability.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
  • Malware, service interference, automated abuse, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass safeguards.

3. Moderation and account action

We may use automated and human review to detect suspected violations. We may reject a request, remove content, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate an account, or report conduct when reasonably required for safety, law, or service integrity.

We consider context and severity where practical. Urgent risk, repeated violations, or attempts to evade controls may lead to immediate action.

4. Report a concern

Report suspected abuse to support@vivariumnature.com.
