Delivery and support
Clear delivery and direct support.
Apple confirms in-app purchases. The applicable credits or subscription entitlement are then added to the customer account.
Generation delivery
Generation time varies with image complexity, service demand, and provider availability. The app shows job status and makes completed concepts available in the user account.
Failed jobs
When a generation job fails, credits reserved for that job are returned automatically. If an automatic return does not appear, contact support for review.
